Return Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

Our policy lasts 15 days from arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or resend if there is no defect.

 

CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We also offer order adjustment service. If you want to make any changes to your order, feel free to email us as long as it has not been shipped.

 

RETURNS

We accept NON-DEFECTIVE returns and exchanges within 15 days of the original purchase. But they are subject to a 15% percent restocking fee. And they need to meet the following conditions:

Items must not be used / worn

Items must not be damaged

Items must be in original packaging

Items must have tags attached where applicable

Items must be in a saleable condition

 

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

 

Please note: If you’re unsure as to whether your item meets these conditions for a refund/credit, please contact us before returning your item. If we receive an item for return that is not in perfect condition (e.g. tags removed, packaging damaged, showing signs of wear or use) we may decline the return or charge a restocking fee.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

Online refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval.

Refunds may take 3 business days after processing to appear back in your bank account or credit card.
